Rep. Keith Ellison, who made news and some waves as the first Muslim elected to Congress, apparently is a man of action. He called the Capital Hill police to report that the anti-immigration representative from Colorado (with delusions that he could be president) was toking a stogie in his office. Hey, rules are rules. Only one problem: it's not against the rules.
